Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline Pine Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Portland region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
