Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bluepeak Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
