Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Junction Water Authority and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
