Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Stonegate Union Foods Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for production batches and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
