Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Highbridge North Auto Group is a Raleigh company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
