Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
