Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Stonegate Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Rochester, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
