Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Clearpath Birch Farms Partners supplies farm and food customers across the New Orleans region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
