Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Redstone Umber Facilities Group is a facilities company in Boston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
