Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Redstone Meridian Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
