Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Greenridge Ashton Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
