Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline Cross Facilities looks after properties across the Chicago region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
