Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Charleston, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
