Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fern Transit Planning and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 257 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
