Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bluepeak Umber Foods Partners is a Toledo food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
