Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vale Water Authority and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
