Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Greenridge Keystone Freight is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
