Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cedar Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
