Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Drift Transit Planning and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
