Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Cedar Willow Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
