Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
