Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
