Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Farms Associates is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
