Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Nova Ivory Energy is an energy provider in Oklahoma City focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
