Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Summit Junction Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Grand Rapids region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
