Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Clearpath Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
