Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright West Environmental Services Partners and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
