Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Energy Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
