Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bright Clear Farms is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
