Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Rowan Foods and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 876 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
