Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Greenridge Cedar Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the San Jose region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
