Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline Oak Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
