Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Foxglove Hollow Energy is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
