Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Amberfield Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Fort Worth region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
