Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Amber Construction and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
