Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
