Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline Drift Foods Group is a Tucson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
