Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bright North Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Toledo region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
