Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
