Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Yarrow Foods is a Raleigh food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
