Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Birch Farms Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
