Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Phoenix with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
