Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Union Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
