Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Junction Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments.
