Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Union Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
