Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Orlando, FL)

Bright North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
