Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Orlando, FL)

Redstone River Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
