Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Farms and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
