Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Foods Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
