Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
